Ishrana je jako bitna, da bi telu obezbedila adekvatnu energiju, a ona podrazumeva u letnjim mesecima dosta povr\u0107a, vo\u0107a, \u017eitarica, izbegavanje masne i pr\u017eene hrane i gaziranih pi\u0107a. Rashla\u0111ivati telo tu\u0161iranjem, odmarati u toku dana i naravno pacijenti koji su na terapiji zbog svoje osnovne bolesti, njeno redovno uzimanje je neophodno.
