Ovaj dan ima za cilj da podigne svest o zna\u010daju svakodnevnih navika koje doprinose fizi\u010dkom, mentalnom i emocionalnom zdravlju.<\/p>\n<p>Briga o sebi podrazumeva male, ali klju\u010dne korake: dovoljno sna, uravnote\u017eenu ishranu, fizi\u010dku aktivnost, vreme za odmor i relaksaciju, mentalnu higijenu i postavljanje zdravih granica. U savremenom, ubrzanom svetu, lako je zaboraviti na sebe, ali dugoro\u010dno zanemarivanje sopstvenih potreba vodi do iscrpljenosti, stresa i bolesti.<\/p>\n<p>Brinuti o sebi ne zna\u010di biti sebi\u010dan \u2013 to zna\u010di biti svestan svojih potreba i odgovoran prema svom zdravlju.
