Njene posledice su ozbiljne i obuhvataju pove\u0107ani rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti, dijabetesa tipa 2, visokog krvnog pritiska, te\u0161ko\u0107a u pokretljivosti i psihi\u010dkih problema.<\/p>\n<p>Promocija zdravijih \u017eivotnih navika, poput redovne fizi\u010dke aktivnosti i uravnote\u017eene ishrane, trebala bi biti prioritet. To uklju\u010duje i stvaranje pristupa\u010dnijih i zdravijih opcija hrane u \u0161kolama, radnim mestima i javnim prostorima. Uz to, podr\u0161ka pojedincima koji pate od gojaznosti je od su\u0161tinskog zna\u010daja.
