Ky edicion i kat\u00ebrt i konkursit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb kompozitor\u00ebve ballkanik\u00eb organizohet nga DAM Festival, duke mbledhur n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb kompozitor\u00eb t\u00eb rinj nga e gjith\u00eb Ballkani p\u00ebr t\u00eb prezantuar krijimet e tyre m\u00eb t\u00eb reja dhe m\u00eb eksperimentale. Gjat\u00eb pes\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb konkursit, do t\u00eb mbahen koncerte, pun\u00ebtori, bashk\u00ebpunime me ansamble nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe n\u00eb fund do t\u00eb shpallen fituesit e edicionit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen nga nj\u00eb juri profesionale nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n
