Besarta Hamiti, e cila tregoi p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsit\u00eb e praktikimit t\u00eb jog\u00ebs: \u201c<em>Praktikimi i jog\u00ebs, sjell p\u00ebrfitime n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin mendor, fizik dhe shpirt\u00ebror. Q\u00ebllimi i jog\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj unitet nd\u00ebrmjet trupit, shpirtit dhe mendjes. Joga na ndihmon t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb fleksibilitet, balancon hormonet, rregullon qarkullimin e gjakut, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebson \u00a0frym\u00ebmarrjen, menaxhon stresin dhe cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjumit, rrit imunitetin dhe ka edhe shum\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime t\u00eb tjera. Joga n\u00eb vitet e fundit ka filluar t\u00eb praktikohet edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe ka nj\u00eb interesim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh, mir\u00ebpo ka interesim t\u00eb madh edhe t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb profesionist t\u00eb jog\u00ebs.
