Sipas nj\u00eb raporti p\u00ebr media nga kjo ministri thuhet \u201c<em>Shkaku i mjegull\u00ebs, temperaturave n\u00ebn zero (-0) dhe bor\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rrug\u00ebt e rajonit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, Gjakov\u00ebs, Prizrenit, Ferizajt dhe Pej\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb intervenuar me shp\u00ebrndarje t\u00eb krip\u00ebs dhe r\u00ebr\u00ebs, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb parandalimit t\u00eb ngricave mbi shtres\u00ebn qarkulluese.
