Me ndryshimet q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb vitin e kaluar n\u00eb legjislacion, po krijohen kushte edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Deklarata Universale p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb e miratuar nga Asambleja e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara m\u00eb 10 dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 1948, n\u00eb Paris. \u00a0Krijimi i Deklarat\u00ebs iu besua nj\u00eb Komisioni mbi t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut n\u00eb vitin 1946, i cili punoi p\u00ebr dy vjet rresht, p\u00ebr hartimin e saj.
