Normaliteti i tanish\u00ebm paraqet nj\u00eb varg zinxhiror\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7imit t\u00eb stresit, q\u00eb si shenja t\u00eb para evidentohen me pagjum\u00ebsi, tension dhe lodhje e ndjer\u00eb q\u00eb nga or\u00ebt e para t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit e deri tek humbja e kontrollit p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur problemet dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e p\u00ebrditshme<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Psikologia, Prokshi, rekomandoi q\u00eb secili fillimisht t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb realitetin me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb metat e veta, t\u00eb ri-organizoj\u00eb rutin\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb kujdesen p\u00ebr veten dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb spontane, pastaj t\u00eb reduktojn\u00eb qasjen n\u00eb rrjetet sociale, televizor si dhe diskutimet me familje e shoq\u00ebri p\u00ebr gjendjen e pandemis\u00eb.
