{"id":52694,"date":"2020-05-08T06:01:10","date_gmt":"2020-05-08T06:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/radiokfor.com\/1\/?p=52694"},"modified":"2020-05-08T00:18:14","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T00:18:14","slug":"cfare-kemi-mesuar-nga-koha-e-izolimit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiokfor.com\/1\/cfare-kemi-mesuar-nga-koha-e-izolimit\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c7far\u00eb kemi m\u00ebsuar nga koha e izolimit?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shfaqja e virusit \u2018COVID- 19\u2019, detyroi pothuajse gjith\u00eb globin t\u00eb izolohet, duke u vet\u00eb-karantinuar, duke praktikuar distanc\u00ebn sociale dhe duke sakrifikuar lirin\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb mire t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn kan\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur metodat e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb pandemie, si duke u kujdesur p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpin\u00eb, duke luajtur m\u00eb shum\u00eb me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, duke m\u00ebsuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga gatimi, e shum\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb tjera\u2026<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb ditur m\u00eb shum\u00eb se si ndikon izolimi te njer\u00ebzit, Radio KFOR-i kontaktoi, psikologen klinike n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn \u201cRi-jeta\u201d n\u00eb Ferizaj, Arjeta Musliu, e cila tha:<em> \u201dN\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi izolimi ka ndikuar me nj\u00eb aspekt pozitiv. Fakti q\u00eb m\u00eb g\u00ebzon \u00ebsht\u00eb se kemi ndryshuar n\u00eb shum\u00eb aspekte, duke e ditur fillimisht vler\u00ebn dhe prezenc\u00ebn e familjar\u00ebve tan\u00eb q\u00eb i kemi rreth vet\u00ebs. Un\u00eb mendoj q\u00eb n\u00eb aspektin psikologjik nj\u00eb situat\u00eb q\u00eb nuk vazhdon m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tre muaj, ne adaptimin mundemi ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb shum\u00eb leht\u00eb, si n\u00eb izolim ashtu edhe me iu kthye qasjes, socializmit n\u00eb rrethin q\u00eb na rrethon.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 psikologes n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, Radio KFOR-i ka kontaktuar edhe disa d\u00ebgjues p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar nga ta se si po arrijn\u00eb ta pranojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb izolimi:<\/p>\n<p><em>-\u201cP\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje, un\u00eb jam Brisilda Ka\u00e7iu. Un\u00eb mendoj se k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb duhet ta shohim edhe nga nj\u00eb k\u00ebnd tjet\u00ebr. \u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb disa aktivitete jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo edhe ashtu nuk ua paskemi ditur vler\u00ebn. Tash me k\u00ebt\u00eb pandemi besoj q\u00eb secili prej neve e ka par\u00eb realitetin dhe do t\u00eb dij\u00eb t\u2019i vler\u00ebsoj t\u00eb mirat q\u00eb i kemi si, sh\u00ebndetin, familjen, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, etj.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>-\u201cP\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje, un\u00eb jam Shkumbin Krasniqi. Urojm\u00eb q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb zgjas shum\u00eb kjo pandemi, sepse do t\u00eb jet\u00eb problem t\u00eb kthehemi n\u00eb realitet.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>-\u201cP\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje, un\u00eb jam Bleoron Ka\u00e7iu. E mira \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb edhe kjo situat\u00eb do t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb, por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e di, se kemi m\u00ebsuar shum\u00eb nga kjo gjendje.
