This position requirement will be to follow the developments in Kosovo, draft analysis and report to the NALT Chief of Staff. The post holder is expected to work independently and ensure that the NALT Chief of Staff and other senior leaders are informed about key developments.<br \/>\n<strong><u><br \/>\nThe essential education, experience and skills requirements are:<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Politics, Law, International Relations, Security studies, Economics or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience with international organizations or public institutions or with defence and\/or internal security and\/or foreign affairs matters, providing research and analysis on current political affairs, national political parties, parliament, parliament and the Institutions in Kosovo<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the political parties, parliament and the Institutions in Kosovo.<\/li>\n<li>Driving License \u2013 B Category<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good team working skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and present information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; In order to apply for the post of &#8216;<strong>Country Analyst&#8217;,<\/strong>\u00a0you need to fill only KFOR Application Form.<br \/>\n<em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>&#8211; Applicants must possess the following language skills in Reading &#8211; Writing &#8211; Listening and Speaking:<em><br \/>\n<\/em><em><strong>English\u00a0 and Albanian &#8211; Very Good<br \/>\nSerbian \u2013 Fair<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The post-holder must be a national or legal resident of Kosovo.
